12" x 12" x 3mil   The "Teflon Pressing Sheet" is used between the iron and the appliques and to protect the bottom on the iron from accumulating adhesive from the appliques. Each time it is used simply wipe any adhesive off the teflon sheet with a clean cloth. Use either side of the teflon sheet. The teflon sheet has multiple uses. Regardless of all of the inevitable creases and lines it will accumulate from use, the teflon sheet will last for years.
